Shipping and Returns
If anything looks incorrect in your order confirmation email, please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you respond later than 4 business days after your order, your order cannot be changed.
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer returns and all sales are final. If something comes broken or is the wrong item, we'll be happy to replace it, provided you contact us within a week of receiving the product.
Returns are not granted if you've changed your mind after purchase and want a refund.

All orders are created on demand and are processed in 2-5 business days with shipping times added on top of that. All products are shipped by USPS from California.
Free shipping for orders over $100.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.
